Going off the virtual grid (Well mostly anyway)

Let's face it, going off the grid virtually can only do better for the soul. Think about it! How much time to you waste online? When I say waste, I really mean WASTE. Not trying to sound harsh, but someone has to be honest about it. With all that time that the majority of us spend on the internet we could be doing much more productive, worth-while, and maybe actually achieve or accomplish something life changing.

Personally speaking, if I were to average out the time I spend on facebook alone it would be at least two hours a day. At least! And that is just facebook alone. Add in Twitter, YouTube, Email, Netflix, Pandora and whatever else as it definitely adds up! Being recently unemployed I've noticed how much of my time is consumed by the internet and all the other things I could have accomplished had I not have used so much time sitting on my behind and starring at a computer screen. Oh, and the headaches and eye strain I could save myself from!

After lots of thought I have decided that going off the virtual grid for a while might do much good.
